• Second Circuit Court of Appeals Provides links to decisions of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, dating back to 1995.
• Third Circuit Court of Appeals Features opinions, dockets, rules, procedures, forms and more. Jurisdiction includes Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.
• Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals Under construction. Jurisdiction includes Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and West Virginia. Opinions since January 1995 can be found at Emory University School of Law .
• Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals New Published Opinions released twice a day. Archive of published opinions dating back to 1991. Jurisdiction includes Louisiana, Texas and Mississippi.
• Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals Features opinions since 1994, notices, forms and local rules. Jurisdiction includes Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky and Tennessee.

• Armed Forces Court of Appeals Has jurisdiction over military legal matters. Site has opinions since October 1996.
• District of Columbia Circuit Court of Appeals This Court hears appeals from the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, from the United States Tax Court, and from many administrative agencies of the federal government. Has opinions since September 1997, forms and court calender.
• Federal Circuit Court of Appeals Has opinions from the last 90 days, forms and pending argument calender. Jurisdiction includes the U.S. Court of International Trade, U.S. Claims Court and the Court of Veterans' Appeals.
