The Qualified Lawyers Transfer Test (QLTT)
- The Qualified Lawyers Transfer Test (QLTT) is a conversion test which enables lawyers qualified in New Zealand to qualify as English solicitors.According to the 'QLTT Regulations 1990', lawyers qualified in New Zealand are required to sit for only one of the four sections of the test, namely 'Professional Conduct and Accounts' (New Zealand's lawyers are exempt from the other three sections - Property, Litigation and Principles of Common Law).
