1. Know how you will be tested. 2. Don't spend too much time reading cases a. Read some introductory material before reading the cases. b. Develop an efficient format for taking notes on cases. 3. Don't waste time trying to produce the "perfect" outline. 4. Read lots of fact patterns. 5. Learn a basic format for exam answers. 6. Learn how to argue policy and philosophy. 7. Practice, Practice, Practice
