    Voting in primary and federal elections in Kentucky<\/span> is available for U.S. citizens who reside in the Commonwealth. Eligible citizens must be at least 18 years old<\/span>, registered 29 days in advance of the election, and meet specific criteria regarding criminal history and mental capacity.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n\n\n\n
