In product liability cases, plaintiffs can recover damages under strict liability without proving negligence if the product was defective and caused injury during normal use. To succeed, they must show the product had a dangerous defect, was used as intended, and wasn\u2019t substantially altered.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n\n\n\n
