  • Knowingly masturbates while performing the indecent exposure act or<\/li>\r\n
  • Were convicted of an indecent exposure crime in Alaska or another state.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n

First degree<\/b><\/p>\r\n

Indecent exposure in the first degree is a class C felony when the offender masturbates in the presence of an adult and a class B felony if the offender masturbates in the presence of a person under 16 years of age. This type of felony is punishable by up to 10 years in prison<\/a>, a fine of up to $100,000<\/a>, or both.<\/p>\r\n

Victims Under 16:<\/p>\r\n

If the victim is under 16, Alaska indecent exposure laws classify the crime as a class A misdemeanor. This is punishable by up to one year in prison<\/a>, a fine of up to $10,000<\/a>, or both.<\/p>\r\n

Victims 16 and older:<\/p>\r\n

If the victim is 16 or older, Alaska classifies the crime as a class B misdemeanor. Under Alaska criminal laws, a class B misdemeanor is punishable by up to 90 days in prison<\/a>, a fine of up to $2,000<\/a>, or both.<\/p>\r\n<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>
