The following are some of the most common civil cases:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><b>Personal injury lawsuit<\/b>: <a href=\"https:\/\/codes.findlaw.com\/il\/chapter-735-civil-procedure\/il-st-sect-735-5-13-202\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">A two-year<\/a> limitation period, beginning from the date of injury.
