In Kansas<\/span>, indecent exposure<\/span> is a form of “lewd<\/span> and lascivious behavior<\/span>” involving the exposure of one’s sex organs<\/span> in public with the intent to arouse sexual desire<\/span>. The crime is a Class B<\/span> misdemeanor<\/span> unless the victim is under the age of 16, which elevates it to a felony.
