The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fmcsa.dot.gov\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration<\/a> (FMCSA) administers these regulations. Minnesota has mirrored these regulations in their state statutes.
