What’s Prohibited? <\/b><\/p>\n<\/td>\n

    \n
  • Knowingly using, encouraging, enticing, or permitting a minor to simulate or engage in (or assist others to simulate or engage in) sexual conduct to produce a performance.<\/li>\n
  • Knowingly promoting a performance of a minor where the minor engages in or simulates (or assists others to engage in or simulate) sexual conduct, or where a minor is the subject of sexual portrayal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>

Penalties<\/b><\/p>\n<\/td>\n

Class A felony, punishable by life with the possibility of parole and a fine of up to $100,000.<\/td>\n<\/tr>

Penalties<\/b><\/p>\n<\/td>\n

First Offense<\/u>: Class B felony that is punishable by imprisonment for one to six years, and a fine of up to $5,000.<\/p>\n

Any Subsequent Offense<\/u>: Class A felony that is punishable by imprisonment for at least one year and at most life in prison with the possibility of parole, and a fine of up to $5,000.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>
