Your fender bender in Las Vegas was a couple of months ago, but your neck is still hurting. Or you realize the repair shop didn’t fix your car correctly. Is it too late to file a legal claim against the other driver or their insurance carrier<\/a>? This is a good question, and the answer depends on Nevada’s civil statute of limitations.<\/p>\r\n
