New Jersey Divorce Laws<\/b><\/h2>\r\n

New Jersey\u2019s divorce laws are similar to those in other states. For example, to file a complaint for divorce in New Jersey, you or your spouse must be a New Jersey resident. New Jersey recognizes both fault-based divorces and no-fault divorces. Many people who pursue no-fault divorces do so based on irreconcilable differences.<\/p>\r\n
