To reserve a name, complete the\u00a0<a title=\"complete the application for name registration\" href=\"https:\/\/sos.oregon.gov\/business\/Documents\/business-registry-forms\/name-reservation.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">application for name registration<\/a> form and mail it to the Oregon Secretary of State, Corporation Division, 255 Capitol St. NE, Suite 151, Salem, OR 97310-1327.
