Applicability of Asbestos Regulations<\/b><\/p>\r\n<\/td>\r\n

Compliance with asbestos regulations apply when:<\/p>\r\n

  • Remodeling or demolishing projects which occur in public or commercial buildings.<\/li>\r\n
  • Private residences and apartment buildings with four or fewer dwellings are exempt from the regulations.<\/li>\r\n
