Milwaukee. It\u2019s known as \u201cBrew City.\u201d Why? Beer, that malted barley libation Americans love so much. But the city is known for more than just its breweries — beautiful Lake Michigan<\/a>, the world\u2019s largest music event Summerfest<\/a>, a rich baseball history courtesy of the Brewers, world-class dairy products, iconic television sitcoms including Happy Days<\/a> (they have a statute of the Fonz known as \u201cBronz Fonz\u201d)  Laverne & Shirley<\/a>, and large numbers of German transplants.<\/p>\r\n

Milwaukee is the main cultural and economic center of the Milwaukee\u2013Waukesha\u2013West Allis area. The city is home to almost 600,000 residents.<\/p>\r\n

If you are a Wisconsinite with a court case in Milwaukee County, you know there are several courthouses servicing the metropolitan area.  If you have a criminal<\/a>, civil<\/a>, family law, children\u2019s law, or probate<\/a> matter, it\u2019s likely in the Milwaukee County Circuit Court<\/a> or the Municipal Court<\/a>.

One-hour metered parking is available across the street from the courthouse. No public parking is available on the streets bordering the courthouse or within the courthouse garage.<\/p>\n
