Block on Trump's Asylum Ban Upheld by Supreme Court
It seems that TLC has feisty one on their hands! Jon Gosselin isn't willing to go down without a fight over their breach of contract lawsuit. According to NY Daily News, Jon Gosselin plans file a countersuit against the network for a cool $5 million dollars.

Gosselin must appear in court December 14. He plans to countersue TLC then. There is one major snag for this particular dad of the year. According to their website, his lawyers Mike and Mark Heller are not licensed to practice law in the state of Maryland and Jon Gosselin has failed to file paperwork naming his representation.
Does he plan on saying that he was not adequately represented in the TLV v. Jon Gosselin lawsuit as well as the TLC & Jon Gosselin contract? Stay tuned to find out!
