JWoww Engaged: What Should 'Jersey Shore' Star Put in the Prenup?

By Andrew Lu on September 27, 2012 | Last updated on March 21, 2019

Woww. Jersey Shore's JWoww is engaged. Hope she has a prenup.

If you've been a fan of MTV's Jersey Shore, you'll know that JWoww has been dating Roger Matthews for the past few years.

Roger seems to meet all of JWoww's criteria for a dream man. He's heavily tanned, heavily tattooed, and his hair is heavily greased up.

But credit the man for knowing how to propose and getting a girl to say yes.

On a recent skydiving trip, Roger reportedly popped the question to JWoww as the two were screaming towards the ground, reports CBS. When JWoww touched ground, she composed herself and said "yes." Now the fun begins.

JWoww and Roger are the prototypical reality television couple. The couple's relationship started with cameras in tow, and likely will end with cameras in tow. Not to sound like a cynic, and I'm rooting for JWoww and Roger, but we've seen way too many of these reality show marriages fizzle within days of marriage (hello, Kim Kardashian).

Given that JWoww is likely the high wage-earner in the relationship, she may want to have an iron-clad prenuptial agreement before saying "I do." What should go in it? Here are some ideas:

  1. Protect the Boobs. Let's face it. JWoww's greatest assets may be her chest. So she may want to ensure that any funds derived directly or indirectly from her boobs stay with her.
  2. STDs. Giving or receiving sexually transmitted diseases should not form the basis for "fault" to end the marriage.
  3. Hot Tub Clause. What goes on in the hot tub, stays in the hot tub. Similar to the STD clause, anything that happens in a hot tub should not form the basis for "fault" to end the marriage.
  4. Who Keeps the Ring. JWoww reportedly received a significantly large ring from Roger. She may want to stipulate who gets to keep the ring should the couple divorce. After all, JWoww claimed to have been robbed by her ex-boyfriend after that relationship ended.

Of all the Jersey Shore girls, JWoww is probably the most grounded and so her marriage probably has the best shot to succeed. Sammi and Ronnie wouldn't last five days. Snooki and whoever she is engaged to probably won't last five months. And Angelina/Deena? Forget about it.
