Block on Trump's Asylum Ban Upheld by Supreme Court
Real Housewives of Atlanta star NeNe Leakes' son was arrested for shoplifting in Georgia. Leakes' son, Bryson Bryant, allegedly tried to pilfer two razors from Walmart on Thursday, reports The Daily Mail.
His haul? Around $14 for each razor, The Daily Mail reports.
Bryant, 21, was also in violation of his probation when he arrested from a prior marijuana possession charge.
Bryant was allegedly caught red-handed at the Walmart store with a friend, Damien Harris, who was also trying to shoplift two razors. Harris received a citation and was released, reports the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
Alas, Bryant did not fare as well and was being held in jail, reports the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
One must wonder, was stealing two $14 razors worth the price of a probation violation and now jail time?
Unless there razors were made out of pure gold (which they couldn't have been considering they were only $14 each) it seems that the shoplifting definitely wasn't worth it.
Reality star Leakes hasn't made any public comments about her son's arrest, though she did post a Twitter comment that her day was not starting off the way that she would have hoped, reports The Daily Mail.
Bryant himself has appeared on previous episodes of Real Housewives. He had been in college during the first season but soon dropped out. Bryant's general lack of career ambition was also a sore point for his mother on the show, reports the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
What will happen to Bryant now that he's violated his probation? He could face jail time, his parole period could be extended, or he could end up paying fines. A judge will determine any additional penalties he will incur during a probation hearing.
NeNe Leakes' son arrested for stealing two razors is also likely not good news for his mother or for her public image. Bryson Bryant will probably have a lot of explaining to do to his mother.
