Block on Trump's Asylum Ban Upheld by Supreme Court
Samuel A. Alito, Jr. was sworn in today as the 110th U.S. Supreme Court Justice, after the Senate voted to confirm his nomination in a 58-42 vote. Justice Alito will replace Justice Sandra Day O'Connor, who announced her retirement from the Court last July.
