Insurance Group Announces “Top Safety Pick” Vehicles for 2007
The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) identified 13 vehicles that have earned the organization’s “Top Safety Award” for 2007. According to the IIHS, this award "recognizes vehicles that do the best job of protecting people in front, side, and rear crashes based on ratings in Institute tests." This year's list of winners includes 4 standard cars, 2 minivans, and 7 sport-utility vehicles (SUVs).
