Block on Trump's Asylum Ban Upheld by Supreme Court
With the help of Craigslist, diaper fan Eric Carrier was able to live out his sick, sick fantasies.
Via an elaborate scheme that involved an internet ad, a faked brain injury, and a non-existent interview, the 23-year-old from Hooksett, New Hampshire tricked an unsuspecting in-home nurse into changing his adult diaper.
He's now being charged with indecent exposure.
According to the victim, Eric Carrier posted an ad on Craigslist pretending to be the father of an adult son who, after a car accident, was left with a debilitating brain injury. He claimed to be seeking an in-home nurse to care for his son while he was away.
When the nurse arrived at the home for an interview, WMUR-TV reports that Carrier was by himself. He acted as though he were disabled and was wearing an adult diaper.
Uneasy about leaving him alone with a soiled diaper, she changed it for him before she left, reports the Union Leader.
No one contacted her for another visit, which led to the nurse reporting the incident to police.
In New Hampshire, indecent exposure is a misdemeanor that occurs when a person exposes his genitals in a way in which he should know will likely cause alarm.
Obviously, this is a pretty minimal crime for the entire Craigslist diaper incident, given the lengths and deception that Eric Carrier went to for a bit of sexual gratification. However, it's possible that he will be charged with other crimes, such as battery and fraud, and can be sued on the civil front for emotional distress.
