The organization has offices in several locations, including one in West Palm Beach.     Florida Rural Legal Services (FRLS) provides civil legal assistance to low-income individuals in South Florida. Serving 13 counties in the southern part of the state, FRLS has offices in many cities, West Palm Beach included. FRLS offers services with many kinds of legal issues: elder law, housing, labor and employment, education, civil rights, family security and public benefits, family law services. FRLS also offers legal help to migrant farm workers across south Florida.
