It borders Lake Michigan and is only 25 miles from downtown Chicago. It was the childhood home to the Jackson 5 and memorialized in the Broadway musical “The Music Man.” It was closely linked to the steel industry and is now going through a period of rebuilding and revitalization. Gary is an exciting place with change on its horizon. It is not surprising that legal issues arise during this period of flux. Lake County Superior Court
