Wilmington is much more than a bustling port dubbed, “the Coast Guard City.” It’s a sprawling metropolitan filled with history, culture, and world-class educational institutions. It’s also home to one of the fastest growing television and movie production facilities outside of California. Watch out, Hollywood. Here comes the county seat of New Hanover County!

Note: This Court handles all federal cases. If you have a criminal matter you may contact the Federal Prosecutor or the Federal Public Defender.
