Nicknamed “The Port City,” Wilmington is tucked away on the east coast, bordering the Atlantic Ocean. The city has many claims to fame. It was the filming site for the “Pirates of the Caribbean” movie. It’s the hometown of Michael Jordan and Sugar Ray Leonard. There are three gorgeous beaches here.
