Tel: (843) 918-1356This court is “responsible for adjudicating criminal misdemeanor offenses involving city ordinances and state statutes. This includes traffic offenses and property crimes involving $1,000 or less.” The court holds bench trials Monday through Thursday and bond hearings 7 days a week. Jury trials are held one week out of each month. Tel: (843) 915-5370This court has locations in Myrtle Beach (address above), as well as Little River (107 Hwy 57 North) and Conway (1301 Second Avenue). The probate court has original jurisdiction over actions involving the issuance of marriage licenses, deceased individuals' estates, wills, trusts, estates of minors or incapacitated individuals, and involuntary commitments. Most matters are handled without jury trials.
