Susan graduated from Whittier Law School in 2011 with her J.D. She specialized in family and disability law. While still in law school, Susan worked with Whittier’s Family and Children’s Law Clinic and volunteered as a mediator with the Orange County Superior Court. She spent two years as a junior editor with the Family and Children’s Law Journal.

Susan worked as a paralegal for solo attorneys in California and Florida. Her legal experience ranges from contract law to personal injury law. When the COVID lockdown sent everyone online, Susan started writing content and keyword optimization for legal websites and decided not to return to office life. Since then, she has made a profitable career of writing, rewriting, and editing the words that pull people into websites.

Susan lives and works in Southern California. She resides with two cats who help by walking on the keyboard.
