Toe sucking is probably something that should be kept in the bedroom and out of the Walmart.
Joey Leaphart, a registered sex offender, approached an 18-year-old woman in a Georgia Walmart on Tuesday and pretended to be part of America's Funniest Home Videos. As part of his fraudulent story,
he told the woman he would pay $100 of her shopping bill if she would participate in a prank with him.
She agreed when he asked to take a picture of her feet and again when he asked to kiss her feet, reports

Then he led her behind a clothing rack and said "Don't worry. I don't bite."
He didn't bite, but she screamed anyway.
The man said he would kiss her foot, but Leaphart started sucking on the woman's big toe and she started yelling.
He got up to run away but not before he told her that "it tasted so good."
Leaphart is only being
charged with misdemeanor battery. That's lucky given what he did. Not only are Leaphart's public actions disturbing and kind of gross, they could have been considered sexual assault.
While
sexual assault often means violent crime, in most states it includes any kind of nonconsensual sexual contact. The woman may not have thought the event was sexy, but it was arguably sexual given the its intimacy. She may have reluctantly consented to the foot-kiss, but Leaphart went beyond that when he put her toe in his mouth.
Consent for one sexual act does not imply consent for another.
This isn't Leaphart's first incident in a Walmart and the 43-year-old has a record of toe sucking and other foot fetish-related crimes, reports The Smoking Gun. In February, he was arrested after asking a woman in a South Carolina Walmart if he could kiss and smell her feet.
