Use the form below to request removal of a case on FindLaw.com. You will receive a follow-up email from our team after they have reviewed your case. This usually takes 1-2 weeks.
Please note that we do not accept FindLaw.com case removal requests from third parties (including reputation management companies). You must be a named party, their attorney, or their guardian.
In determining whether to remove a case, we will balance the harm to the individual with the research value of the case. It is rare that we remove cases in the public record. If you have proof that the case is not a public record, or you have a court order to redact or seal the document, we will ask you to provide it in our follow-up.
