Dr. Cody Pyke (she/they) is a nonbinary transgender woman and practicing attorney living in Houston, TX.
Cody completed her M.D. at Baylor College of Medicine, her J.D. and LL.M. in Health Law at University of Houston Law Center, and her M.S. in Bioethics Policy at Clarkson University.
A passionate advocate for intersectional justice and equity in health care, Cody's work focuses on bioethical and policy issues in law and medicine. Dr. Pyke is a Fellow of the American College of Legal Medicine and previously served on the Board of Directors for the National Perinatal Association. She became a contributing author with Thomson Reuters in 2023.
When she isn’t advocating, researching, or writing, Cody enjoys tabletop games and exploring Houston's vibrant culinary and arts scenes with her wife, Bobbye.
