Heather Biddle has practiced family law exclusively since 2001. She specializes in divorce, paternity, domestic violence, child custody, and high conflict matters. She is a senior family law attorney with Yang Law Offices.
Heather received her undergraduate degree from the University of Cincinnati in social work where she was on the Dean’s List, the recipient of academic scholarships, and inducted into the Golden Key National Honor Society. She received her Juris Doctorate at the University of Dayton where she was a three-time CALI award winner.
After law school, Heather was a career habeas corpus law clerk for the Honorable Magistrate Michael R. Merz in the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, where she handled death penalty appeals. After finishing her term as a habeas law clerk, she relocated to California where she went into private practice.
Heather has also worked as a Family Law Facilitator, teaching self-represented litigants how to effectively navigate the family law court system, and also taught family law and research/writing courses at a local community college in the paralegal program.
Heather is licensed in California where she is a member of the California State Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the American Inns of Court.
Heather was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio.
