Jade is an attorney licensed in both Minnesota and Nevada, with a J.D. and Business Law Certificate from Mitchell Hamline School of Law. Jade has worked with small businesses on choosing legal structures, creating operating documents, and reviewing contracts. She has also served as in-house counsel for multiple corporations and served as an adjunct professor for Mitchell Hamline School of Law's Introduction to Business Organizations course.
