Jade is an attorney licensed in both Minnesota and Nevada, with a J.D. and Business Law Certificate from Mitchell Hamline School of Law. She has also served as in-house counsel for multiple corporations and served as an adjunct professor for Mitchell Hamline School of Law's Introduction to Business Organizations course.
