Kristine Tungol Cabagnot is a co-managing partner at the Tungol Law Office, a boutique immigration and nationality law firm with offices in Chicago, IL and Metro Washington, D.C. area. She specializes in business- and employment-based immigration for clients in the fields of healthcare, religious ministry, education, hospitality industry, science, and technology.
She also handles pro- and low-bono cases regarding applications for waiver, asylum, and relief from removal, and is certified in Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution between employer/employee, companies, and contracting parties.
Kristine is a legal editor with the American Immigration Lawyers Association and produces legal vlogs at Tungol Law channels. She also regularly appears at legal clinics and informational seminars about immigrants’ rights for church and civic organizations, nonprofit groups, and other grassroots coalitions.
Kristine graduated from UIC John Marshall Law School. She currently lives in the Metro Washington D.C. area with her husband, Donald. They are both self-proclaimed foodies, and their home is open to those who like to feast on Filipino food and other delicacies.
