Rebecca Rosefelt enjoys distilling the law so that everybody can access information about their rights and plan for their future. At FindLaw.com, Rebecca explores the intersection of digital assets and estate planning. She has experience in international and human rights law, and volunteers with an NGO that advocates for worker rights in global supply chains. Rebecca graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School, is licensed in New York, and lives on the East Coast.
Rebecca has been published in the Minnesota Journal of International Law (2019), coauthored a report with Juvenile Justice Advocates International, and has presented her research on juvenile pretrial detention to UN committees (2018). She was awarded the Minnesota Women Lawyers Equal Justice Award in 2018.
