Ty McDuffey is a native of the Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri. He has led a life marked by sports, academics, and a passion for creativity. He is a law graduate with substantial journalism and legal writing experience. 

Ty represented Missouri State University as a Division 1 linebacker. He was a three-time Academic All-Conference honoree, graduating with honors, and receiving the prestigious Maroon and White Scholar Award. 

Ty attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law in preparation for a career that combined his interests in law, writing, and communication. 

Following graduation, Ty embarked on a new adventure as a journalist in Big Timber, Montana, and on the Crow Reservation. 

Ty has found solace and inspiration in music and creativity throughout his life. He has channeled this passion into his own projects as a music producer and audio engineer, which can be found on Duff Radio's YouTube channel and SoundCloud. Beyond music, Ty is an avid reader and enjoys staying active through basketball and spending time outdoors with his two German Shepherds.
