Colorado Springs Courthouses

Last updated: September 24, 2023

Colorado Springs, it’s a beautiful mountainous community in Colorado. Sitting at the base of the infamous Pike’s Peak range, "The Springs" is the second most-populated city in the state.  It’s known for many things -- The Rocky Mountains, the U.S. military presence, the Garden of Gods, the Pro Rodeo Hall of Fame, and being home to the U.S. Olympic Training Center.

If you are a Coloradan with a court case in El Paso County, you know there are several courthouses servicing the region. If you have a criminal, civil, family law, or probate case, it’s likely in one of the district, county, or municipal courts.

Here we’ve highlighted several key court systems you’ll most likely encounter: the El Paso County 4th Judicial District Courts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado.
