Orlando Courthouses

If you have a legal problem that requires a courthouse in Orlando, chances are you’ll be heading down to the Orange County Courthouse. Located in downtown Orlando, the Orange County Courthouse is a 23-story, multipurpose building with several courtrooms, judges’ chambers, clerks’ offices and more. The court handles all types of cases including criminal, civil, domestic and traffic violations.

You can also visit the Information Booth on the first floor, which is staffed by trained volunteers who can answer your questions. The Orange County Courthouse handles most cases, but there are a few other courthouses in and around the city that handle specific issues. Check out the list below for more information.

  • Middle District of Florida- Orlando Division

    Parking: The parking lot entrance is on the corner of Division Avenue and Grove Park Drive. Note: This courthouse handles federal cases for the Middle District of Florida. The Clerk’s Office headquarters is also in this building.

    The EOIR administers the immigration court system in the United States. It hears the cases of immigrants who have been charged with violating U.S. immigration law or who are trying to apply for protection under U.S. immigration law.
