This is punishable by imprisonment in a county jail up to six months, by a fine up to $1,000, or by both. In addition, any person who pleads guilty to or is found guilty of this law in Idaho or a similar statute in another state or any local jurisdiction for a second time within five years is guilty of a felony and will be imprisoned for a period not to exceed 10 years. |
