LSEM provides legal assistance to low-income residents of 21 counties in Eastern Missouri. The organization has a broad range of practice areas, including: family law, immigration law, housing law, public benefits, health law, education law, disability law, consumer law and elder law. LSEM also has a volunteer lawyer program that matches attorneys who have agreed to take cases for free with low-income clients. They also have a toll-free number: 1-800-444-0514.
