Chattanooga Courthouses

Last updated: November 25, 2013

Hey there, partner. Do you live in Chattanooga? The “Dynamo of the Dixie” has it all: a wealth of history -- rich Native American culture, the Civil War, a beloved anthem made popular by the Glenn Miller Band -- “Chattanooga Choo Choo,” the Chattanooga Market, and, of course, it’s the birthplace of the tow truck.

Despite all there is to see and do, sometimes people have to go to court, hopefully just for jury duty. If you’re a resident of Hamilton County, you know there are several of courthouses in the area. If you have a criminal, civil, probate or family law matter, it’s probably at the Hamilton County Courthouse.
