Representation dispute over the rights of ariline mechanics

Int'l Bhd. of Teamsters Airline Division v. Frontier Airlines, Inc., 10-2291, concerned a representation dispute over whether the rights of mechanics were affected by a shift from Denver, where the mechanics are represented by the Teamsters Union, to Milwaukee, where maintenance is performed by nonunion workers.

In vacating the district court's grant of preliminary injunction against the employer, forbidding any unilateral alteration in the pay, work rules, or working conditions for the Frontier Airline mechanics, the court directed the district court to reissue the injunction to be modified to condition its continuance on the union's prompt application to the Board for a ruling on the representation of Frontier's mechanics.
