eDiscovery Solutions Focused On at 'LIT-Con'

By Jason Beahm on November 10, 2010 | Last updated on March 21, 2019

iCONECT Development focused on eDiscovery solutions, among other topics, at last weekend's Legal Information Technology Conference show "LIT-Con." The event featured two of the company's senior team members, including chief operating officer Ian Campbell, who moderated a panel covering risk management. Victoria Edelman, director of training, moderated a panel on eDiscovery project budgeting.

iCONECT offers litigation support software for law firms, corporate legal departments, and government agencies. The software has been used with document review, mergers and acquisitions, eDiscovery, and multi-party international cases.

"Our presence ideally aligns with the theme of this year's LIT-CON, 'Mitigating Risk and Maximizing Revenues with Information Governance,' as we specifically address issues around risk management and eDiscovery project budgeting during our session presentations," Campbell said in pre-conference press release. "In addition, we will demonstrate how the latest version of our nXT platform better enables law firms, corporations and government agencies to manage their litigation review process."

In addition, iCONECT demonstrated its recently launched version of nXT 830 at LIT-Con. The nXT 830 demonstration was at iCONECT's booth outside the event's main presentation hall.

The event's closing session was entitled "Leading the Charge: Guiding Risk Management Into the Future," with Campbell moderating the event.

Additional presenters included:

  • Fred Krebs, President, Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC)
  • Joy Heath-Rush, Past President, International Legal Technology Association (ILTA)
  • Diane Carlisle, CRM, Deputy Executive Director, ARMA International
