Block on Trump's Asylum Ban Upheld by Supreme Court
By now, you've read many of our gift guides, including the Black Friday tech gift guide and the plain old lawyer gift guide. All of those gifts were actual gifts, with real utility. Don't you ever want to get someone something that's completely useless?
Well, fear not. We scoured the Internet looking for five gifts for the tech-savvy lawyer that are just completely useless. (OK, some of them have utility, but are otherwise really silly-looking.)
Clocks are built into everything these days, from your phone to your computer. Did you know they're even building one into an Apple Watch? Anyway, if the lawyer in your life has clocks that are easy to read, consider one that's incredibly difficult to read. To wit, the LED binary clock, which represents the time with a bunch of LEDs that are either on or off, depending on ... you know, binary.
You have Instagram, which makes you as cool as former President George W. Bush, but you have to go into your phone every time you want to see pictures of other people's breakfasts! Let's be real here. There is no reason to have a sign like this in your office, which makes it perfect for this list. What could you possibly put on a scrolling LED sign that would make you more marketable as an attorney? Plus, you can't even fit the advertising disclaimer on there. But, on the other hand: scrolling LED sign! Awesome!
