Understanding the Unique Needs and Behaviors of Hispanic Legal Consumers
During the past two decades, Hispanic residents in the U.S. have grown considerably in number, economic power, and influence. With Hispanic communities expanding almost everywhere in the country, the number of Spanish speakers reached 64 million in 2019 and they command a whopping $1.6 trillion in purchasing power.
With the findings of the Thomson Reuters Hispanic Consumer Legal Needs Survey 2021, we aim to illuminate who exactly today’s Hispanic legal consumers are and how law firms can effectively approach them as potential clients.
In this report, we’ll explore:
- Understanding the broad socioeconomic contexts behind Hispanic legal needs
- Adjusting your own personal approach to client services with empathy
- How this unique group approaches their legal issue and searches for legal services
